     Karen Jean Matsko Hood, accomplished author, poet, cook, and epicurean writer, has written a wide variety of books for your family…educational, informative, how-to guidebooks, cookbooks, fiction, and nonfiction.  She has been working for years to bring you quality books that are engaging, insightful, and entertaining.  It is her passion.
